ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) DALAM MENETAPKAN PERIODIC ORDER QUANTITY (POQ) (STUDI KASUS PADA PABRIK TEMPE SOYBEAN)

This study aims to find out how control raw material inventory which is traditionally carried by the Tempeh Soybean Factory analyzing using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic (POQ) methods. In this study, we uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The author observation, interviews, documentation in collecting data. resource persons consisted of factory owners, assistants, employees at Factory. results indicate that based on company policy traditional method ordering 5.000 kg materials, while EOQ/POQ 5.862 kg, there variant 862 kg. frequency purchasing soybean materials was previously 12 times 3 months, it calculated 10 times, were 2 variants. Safety stock its around 2.350 if 1.650 reorder point 3.600 2.200 are variants, namely 1.400 (TIC) Rp. 44.335.000, total cost 30.806,703 where 13.528.297.
